Guest guest Posted February 22, 2010 Report Share Posted February 22, 2010 I make yogurt in my convection oven, using Pyrex glass 'rounds' with a plastic-type lid, and various jars. This time, when I took them out of the oven, I found that one of the Pyrex lids had 'unsealed'. The yogurt was kind of 'dried' on top and has a yellowish tone to it. My question is, if I remove the dried 'skin', is the yogurt beneath it safe to eat?? Thanks for your input.
