On Friday, I spent about 1.5 hours on the phone with BCBS, Jeanne , and

Hanger in

our area. I finally got the complete story as far as insurance goes for our

situation and I

wrote the entire thing out in word format for my husband to understand... It's

large,

though, probably too big as a post here, not to mention it's confusing, and nice

to read

and re-read in word format. If anyone has BCBS PPO and would like my breakdown,

let me

know and I'll email you the word document directly. It might help to see how

our plan

works and go from there when determining how your own plan works.

As for Hanger not knowing anything about the shoes, that was the case here as

well. The

rep I spoke with was ridiculously intent on forcing us to come in for a molding

of 's

feet to send to because the one we sent might be too old. We sent out

the mold

on Tuesday!!! Seems to me that 3 days isn't enough to make or break the

outcome...

Especially since it takes a while to make the shoes!! :-) That's just

my opinion,

though!!!
