Guest guest
He has no standing to sue you or anyone unless he personally has suffered " damage " . Damages are specific things under California law ( and most other states of the Union)-- So if he has not suffered such damage, he can't even file a complaint. This is under Civil law, and I don't think he has the ability to convince the police department or the DA that you are suffering a battery or other crime by undergoing surgery. He is a nut job. Get a restraining order if contacting whoever employees him or the medical board does not make him cease and desist. Bet Walter can do a better job of this than I can! Nan E.
