Guest guest Posted February 16, 2010 Report Share Posted February 16, 2010 I don't get nauseated but I'm finding everything gets along a lot better if I slap some almond butter on my apple slices, or something similar. It sure helps level out the blood sugar. Agreed that this works for you. If. however. I eat fruit without other foods, I'll be sicker than a dawg.
