We must have started it at the same time because today is day #2 on FCLO for me!!Woo! FCLO buddies =)Didn't you use the squirt-y thing (I guess we could call it a syringe!) that came with? It shoots it into the back of your throat, and it really helps.Mine didn't come with that, since it's not the liquid, it's the gel. It looks, well, like orange marmalade or something.
