Guest guest
Jodi, I had the same problem with insurance on my first 2 doctor evaluations. Then, on my 3rd opinion appt. with the doctor I wanted to use he said there would be no problem if presented correctly to my medical provider. After he submitted a nurse from my insurance company called to interview me. She could tell by my story that at 40 years old this was the last thing I wanted to do, but to save my teeth I had to. Anyway, the procedure was cover at 100%, and all I paid out of pocket was the small fee he charged for an actual cosmetic portion (reducing my chin slightly to add semetry). I encourage you to YES fight for it and always remember an insurance company usually denies everything the first go around! Stick with it and God Bless! Lori > > I am 30 years old and a new mom.
