I agree, Bob. And if I'd been a bit braver, or in different

circumstances, I might have tried to blow these guys out of the

water, legally.

I do think, though, that there are times when one must first protect

oneself and one's family. This was one of those times.

I don't know that what either of these docs did was actually illegal.

I do believe both of them were out of line with their professional

codes of ethics.

If I were seeking to put a stop to someone's practice, though, I

would first talk with him/her, the appropriate authorities (medical

licensers, police, DA, whoever), and/or a lawyer, depending on the

dangers and risks involved. I think that would be a better route, and

one more likely to get the results desired than posting my thoughts

on an open board for the world to see. I'll bet you do, too.

Perhaps I wrote too strongly, before. I just don't want anybody to

get burned.
