You might want to check out this recent blog post from a long-time SCDer. She

did end up having surgery, but please read through the post. She got some very

good scan results recently.

I don't have Crohn's, and have never had any scope. All I can say is my B12,

folate, and iron have been steady without regular supplements for a year now. I

have been on SCD 2 years, 2 months. The first year I did supplement a lot with

B12 and folate but slowly could go without.
