Guest guest
I used to be a frequent poster on the AMOS message board, but it's getting harder and harder. I'm dealing with trying to get pregnant... I'm racing against my age.... and still losing that final 30 to 40 pounds. I sprained my shoulder the end of April, and I'm still trying to deal with that. I do play softball every Saturday, but boy of boy do my thighs hurt... I'm catcher. I *KNOW* that I need to eat better. I switched to NonFat Latte's from Cappucino's and I'm up-ing the dosage on the walking while at work. From what I seen while lurking... we all struggle with maintenance... GONE FOREVER is a myth. > Lee Anne - That's why your name is so familiar. I remember seeing you on AMOS. Congrats on your success and welcome to the Grad list. > > Tina Torrey > Spanaway, WA > Dr. Oh (Federal Way) > 08/28/01 60 " distal RNY > 03/03/03 hernia repair/TT > 230 / 130 > AMOS site: http://www.obesityhelp.com/morbidobesity/profile.phtml? The sugar is more dangerous weight wise than that fat. Do you use protein shakes? They are really helpful to most people to help keep the carb cravings down and to ensure that we get the protein that our bodies need.
