Guest guest Posted July 6, 2009 Report Share Posted July 6, 2009 Just to add my 2 cents...my son was casted for his first band at CT and " scanned " for his second and both bands fit him perfectly. CT doesn't really do a scan, it's called digital service imaging (DSi), it's actually a 3D photo taken in a split second from every angle, so it's pretty accurate, since they can also turn around and verify (with headquarters) that they got good posture and a good image before you leave the office (I don't believe the star scanner or similar can do that). I'm still so perplexed about the fit issue. It's a really unusual case (from what I've heard in the 1.5 years I've been on this board, no one has gone through 4 bands at CT), I'm sure Purvi and Jeanne (creator/owner), etc., are just as frustrated as you are.
