Guest guest
Shrink your liver? What do you mean? I have never heard of such. Too many shakes? Is there such a thing as drinking too many shakes? I 'm still pre-op, but I've been trying the samples and ordering so that I'll be prepared and have things already on hand, and so that I can shrink my liver before surgery. Already I am getting addicted to the things. I've been doing 3-4 a day, and could probably take another before bed. (I eat 1 small meal per day, mostly protein.) I am not losing much weight, only a pound or two, so I am wondering if you can do too many shakes. The Champion stack ad says it is for weight gain or loss....how can it be both? Guest guest
I have an enlarged, fatty liver. When I was supposed to have surgery in January, my doctor asked that I go on a liquid protein diet for the last two weeks to shrink my liver. They said that you lose weight in your internal organs first, and the more I shrink my liver, the easier time the doctor will have getting around it during surgery. Not long after that the doctor quit doing surgery at the hospital of which my insurance approved, so the whole process got postponed while I appealed the insurance decision. Now I've got a date for June 1, and I figured that, since I've found protein shakes that I really like, that I'd give it a month...the smaller liver, the better. I still don't know if you can do too much protein. I'm hoping not. Cindy Mother of Many Dora McCary wrote: >Shrink your liver? What do you mean?
