Hi Ray,

Check out the FILES section of this group then go under RECIPES.

There are some good shake recipes.

I can't stand the pre-mixed stuff anymore, so I just use a simple

base and go from there: sugar free vanilla soymilk (8th Continent

brand is great), 1 scoop of unflavored whey powder and go from

there. I find that frozen fruit works best. Add one or any combo of

banana (mash and freeze first), frozen rasberries, strawberries,

pineapple, peaches, etc. Add a little granulated Splenda to make it

sweeter and smoother. It also gives me 24g of protein per

serving. Using frozen fruit vs just cold fruit makes it almost like

eating ice cream. Yummy!
