We must have started it at the same time because today is day #2 on FCLO for

me!!

Didn't you use the squirt-y thing (I guess we could call it a syringe!) that

came with? It shoots it into the back of your throat, and it really helps.

I like the other suggestions. I'm thinking of loading it into gelatin capsules,

also.
