For me, the hair loss thing was temporary. I have to admit it is a scary

thing. For 3 to 4 months I was losing hair left and right. I mean clumps of

it in the shower and so forth. But as soon as I thought it would never end,

boom it started to slow down. And now I have my old thick hair back.

I never put in products on my hair to help the process slow down. I

basically just tried to eat as much protein as possible. And I cut my hair

short. I just thought to myself, if it is short then the new growth can

caught up as it grew back and I would not notice it as much.
