Guest guest
I always drink it while I'm eating my stewed prunes. Lately though, I have started stewing prunes and making my own prune juice to help with digestion. I use 30 prunes for 4 quarts total water (I always have to top off the container). I blend the prunes with my immersion blender or in the blender with a tiny bit of water. I've never taken sleep meds. Guest guest
I have taken anti-depressants and didn't have 'c'. They did make me eat cereal straight from the box. The only time I ever did that--awful sugar craving. But if you need them, take them. Miralax is good also. I always drink it while I'm eating my stewed prunes.
