We used an Imperia pasta maker for 2 years. Just bought an electric

pasta maker (Simac) but aren't sure that it will hold up to the type

of use we give it! The Imperia does work great, but it is much

easier to make pasta if you have a team (1 to crank and 1 to feed the

dough). Oh, we did try the KitchenAid attachment. Luckily, there is

a service shop locally. We really overheated the poor machine! Hope

that helps.
