I had upper (segmented widening), lower (advancement), and genioplasty

when I was 47 (5 months ago). I, too, was in good health. It is well

worth it. Not only is my bite fixed, but my friends (who noticed

nothing unusual beforehand) tell me I look so good people think I had a

facelift. I had a difficult recovery period for about 2 weeks, but

mostly because my entire face was swollen and it was incredibly

annoying. I am glad I did it and I would do it again. You will be glad

you did not wait, not because if you waited you would be too old, but

because you will be very happy with the results.
