Guest guest Posted July 16, 2001 Report Share Posted July 16, 2001 -- 7 eggs separated 1 cup of sugar 1 cup potato starch 2-3 mashed bananas 1 cup ground walnuts Combine egg yolks and sugar. Blend on high speed. Add potato starch a little at a time. Mix for aprox. 5 minutes on medium speed. Add mashed bananas and walnuts. Continue mixing another minute. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into batter. Pour into UNGREASED 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 10 minutes (springs back when touched).
