help with Dr. in Boston area

Could someone recommend a good pedi. opthomaligist in the Boston area. My

son won't wear his glasses anymore and he has strabismus. My current Dr.

feels there is nothing that can be done since he has autism anyway. He will

lose his depth perception and maybe vision in one eye! That is not OK with

me. We have tried eye drops and many different eye glass scripts. I think

it may be sensory but I just don't feel confident about this Drs. attitude
