It is very very quiet today. I know I have no energy today or yesterday.

Feels like I am running om 1/4 tank of cheap gas when I need a full tank of High

Test. Car guy you know. Ok feels like I don't have enuff spoons. Blood pressure

and blood sugar are good. I think I will set appointment for the other Doctor -

at night the Bad Memories are hittting hard (PTSD's)
