Only one problem here......we dont need to count calories or fat grams with

the Ds....fats ARE our friends. Dont need to count cholesterol either.

Carb grams? Maybe. If that whopper is all you are going to have for the

day(with the bun) it probably makes no difference. I always lose a lb the

next day after eating one!!

I pay absolutly no attention to fats, calories nor the other stuff.......and

if Im having carbs at a meal I try to have it under 35 mg. but its not a

hard and fast rule.

Works great for me.......
