- I don't want to rain on your parade, but thus far Whole Food in

Austin, TX (the home of the ORIGINAL Whole Foods Store-now that's a memory

from the 70's, VW micro buses and a little strip center store for the

hippies!) does not carry EnerG pretzels or Dari-Free. I've had to resort to

on line ordering for these products, too. I've never looked for bread

crumbs or granola bars. They do have some EnerG products and may be willing

to special order for you. Since the closest Whole Foods is 30-45 minutes

away, I'm usually happy to do mail order instead of special orders just for

convenience. Good luck to you. The last time I asked, they told me they

were unable to get Tofutti sliced cheeses for me, which really gripes me. I

have found a little bitty hfs in a smaller outlying community that will

stock it for me. I guess I don't understand the grocery business.

Whole Foods does have a lot of good stuff, though. Best wishes on getting

some competition for Wild Oats.
