Thanks, I have the name of an attorney and the first thing we will do,

I assume, is to issue a restraining order which prevents him from

posing as my PCP. If he does not comply, to court we will go. Both

the NC Board Rep. & the Hospital Rep felt I should take legal action

for the very reasons you mentioned. He is maliciously interfering

with my attempt to get well and it's time for his reign of terror to

end. I do not need a PCP, I have Cigna PPO and I'm already approved.

My gastroenterologist has agreed to see me post operatively. He's a

Harvard grad and pro WLS.
