Guest guest
I use Ancient Harvest elbow noodles - they seem to hold up better. I melt Tofutti cream cheese with some ghee, milk sub, salt & garlic, then add a little Tofutti American cheese for color, but don't try to melt it all the way. I pour the mix over the noodles and toss or stir lightly. Sometimes I also add meatballs or crumbled bacon. There is a rice macaroni & chreese mix in a box. Rod's? Road's? I forget. Anyway, it tastes very yeasty, but after 17 mos gfcf, it's pretty good to us for a fast & easy macaroni dish. > Hi everyone, > I have been trying all kinds and fail on how to make a good macaroni and > soycheese for my son.
