This is why I am so happy here in Fl. A bunch of us Coldies were in the pool

which is almost bathtub temp commenting that this is the only way we can

swim. When I get cold at the office I go out in the sun for a short walk to

warm

up. Love Florida.

Well, I have it. I never did heat too well. Between the wt loss & the

Raynuad's, can't stand the cold, either. sigh

When we lived in a house sorta plopped in a pasture, it got SOOOOOOOOOOO

hot. Got a heat pump while the electric company was rebating 60% of it. WOW!

Cut the bills immediately, and suddenly the house was the same temp all year

round.

Next house had a heat pump.

This house didn't. Almost didn't buy it, too. LOL! It had gas heat, not

electric. I priced stuff before we bought & surprisingly, it was cheaper to

put in a/c than a heat pump had been. The heating system is not very

efficient. Right now, the hallway is a refrigerator, the kitchen is warm, my

dad is frost bitten in the LR. Coupla rooms are perfect. This room is hot

(but lots of equipment in here).

I kinda doubt if my " narrow range " (65 to 75 deg) has much to do with WLS,

so much as just losing the wt. When I was in FL, I walked out on the beach

for a very few minutes, and actually so little exposure gave me some added

color. Unfortunately, it's all in dots. sigh. Freckles can be so annoying.

LOL! IT was hot out, I was ok. I shoulda been miserable in direct sunlight.

I only came in because I've had skin cancer before.

Good thing I live in WA< huh?

The pool would hafta have water above 85 degrees for me to be happy.. I live

in Georgia where it is hot and muggy to most.. went to a pool party Saturday..

got into the pool for a brief swim .. the pool temp was 85 and I was

shivering when I got out.. went and sat in the hot tub for awhile.. that temp

was much

better to my body.. and then got dressed.. I am always cold.. dont think my

temp guage is ever gonna be normal again.

Peachy hugs,
