first physician appointment

Hi, this is my first post to this group, although I have been avidly

reading your posts for weeks...I have an appointment with Dr.

Marcus (land, BPD/DS, open) tomorrow, after approval from Kaiser

(for the appt. not the surgery!) and am bringing a diet history, a

letter to Kaiser--is there anything else? I have a bunch of questions,

most of them I even know to ask thanks to this group, but I am very

nervous about this appointment and am not sure why. I think I'm

afraid I'll fail some unknown test about whether I want this surgery

enough or something...any responses would be most appreciated...
