May I suggest that you email them again and ask why they state that

the products aren't gf? Cross-contamination reality? Possibility?

Or just don't want any liabilty from claiming gf? Or the question

was not understood? Occasionally I speak with a company rep who

tells me that there's no known gluten, but it's company policy not to

guarantee it. The real laughers are the companies that respond " ask

your doctor if it's gluten-free " !
