Guest guest
I understand how removing casein from the diet can help with constipation. But if remove gluten and substitute RICE (or rice-based products) for the gluten-containing products, don't you cause constipation? I've been told NOT to give my son rice (because of his chronic constipation). Now I don't see how I can remove gluten from his diet without relying on rice-based substitutes. Any advice? Thanks in advance.
