I spoke to the owner himself of UTZ and his chips have no cross

contrAMINATION PROBLEMS AT ALL - his plain ones are definite no GFCF and

no cross contamination. His chips are cooked and packaged and never make

it over to where they put the flavorings on.

Is there such a thing as a GFCF potato chip that doesn't have a risk of

cross-contamination? The two biggest manufacturers that sell products in

the

Chicago area, Lays and Jays, can't guarantee there's no

cross-contamination

since they are made on the same line as products containing G and C.
