My older son and I are very sensitive to casein. Rediculously so.

About the time Tofutti no longer could guarantee everything, we were

having the Sour Supreme and the cream cheese they make regularly with

no ill effects. I have no problem with it and continue to use it.

There may be unseen effects, but there might not be either. And even

unseen benefits as well.
