Someone posted to the list a few days ago about a product called rhino

bite. I just looked this up on the vitamin shop website and under

ingredients it has several types of alcohol as well as something called

shea butter. Does anyone know if this is indeed gfcf???

Shea butter must be okay, as it is in some kosher candies.

I don't know about the alcohol, but shea butter is from Butyrospermum

Parkii, which is actually a fruit.
