Here is a re-post about adulterated honey. Buy locally. There

are Beekeeper Associations in every city if you can’t find local honey in

your area Farmer’s Market or stores.

My favorite honey is nearly black! It's a raw local honey called Wild Mountain

Pecan. It kind of reminds me of caramel. I just found that they have a website
