I agree with . Vitalady would probably tell ya the same thing. 'Cept u

can't take ALL of it at bedtime. Gotta space out the doses thru-out the day, at

least a couple hours apart.

You should reverse this regimen. Calcium is much better absorbed when

your bones are not supporting your weight (so take it before you lay

down to go to sleep). And I have to ask, how much calcium citrate are

you taking that you're taking it all in one dose? Probably not enough,

since we can only make use of 500 mg at a time.

Yeah, I don't take my iron in the morning because I take my calcium in

the morning---I wait until before bed to take my iron.
