Gotta space out the doses thru-out the day, at least a couple hours apart. Calcium is much better absorbed when your bones are not supporting your weight (so take it before you lay down to go to sleep). And I have to ask, how much calcium citrate are you taking that you're taking it all in one dose? Probably not enough, since we can only make use of 500 mg at a time.
