LOL! Around here pork rinds never really have a brand you've ever heard of.

Nearly always a Spanish name. They're either found with the snack foods or

with the Mexican foods, and will sometimes be labeled " chicarones " -- and

then they often come with a little packet of salsa to dip them in! I also

find them with hot spicy coating sometimes, but I prefer the plain.

Have you tried teriyaki flavored jerky? It's still got salt, but there's a

little sweetness from the teriyaki that makes it more palatable, for me at

least. That's my jerky of choice, and the Oberto is a really good brand,

usually more tender than most.

I probably shouldn't tell you this, but matzoh can be found in almost any

supermarket anywhere just before Passover. That's the time of year I find

kosher marshmallows, too.
