I am only instructed for the first two weeks to have 2ounces of

ensure plus or boost plus for meals. Then on to soft foods. The

strawberry gave me a reaction today so now I only stick to vanilla.

use? Im surprised because they contain so much sugar.

and 18g of sugars. ENSURE PLUS (360 cal) 13g protein and 16g

sugars.ENSURE High Protein (230 cal) only contains 12g protein and a

whopping 19 grams of sugars. ENSURE Light (200 cal) comes in with

only 10g of protein and 18g of sugars.

achieve the instructed 80g of protein per day a lot faster.

and the Atkins is 11 oz. My fav is Atkins (dark) chocolate royale.
