Last night, I was able to pitch a complete game with absolutely no fatigue or

weakness! Pitching, hitting, and running were all a snap! Thank you all who

sent to me advice and words of encouragement. It was completely possible to

take in the 1800 calories using protein shakes and bars for what I could not

take in with food. I not only felt strong, but also felt comfortable and

confident that I would not run out of gas.

Oh, and we won. :-)
