- I think you could also use crab that is picked out and sits in by the

seafood counter in a plastic container (a bit expensive). You can also get good

canned crab at Trader Joes that is a little cheaper.

Oh, and I think the " crust " is made up of the ingredients in step 1.

Marla- Tuna might be kind of strong, but I bet chicken would be great!
