Guest guest
Why don't you make a dish that you can eat? I feel like we have a potluck or party once or twice a month. At a party last week, where I was chatting with people but not eating, at least 7 people asked me "you're not eating?" How do you guys explain the diet to people? I don't particularly want to get into details about my health but I'd like to be ready with a quick and simple explanation. Thanks! Guest guest
I, too, am in the same boat. If all that I eat is only what I bring, that will definitely be noticed. I'm feeling pressured to bring something. I think I'll comply with bringing something for everyone else, but I'm going to sit at my desk (it's an office function) as though I have things I need to get done. That's the best I can do.
