Almond Flour

Hi everyone,

My Gastroenterologist said I have Erosive Gastritis/Esophagitis and said that my

bowel/colon was very irritable. My Nutritional Consultant thinks I have Mucous

Colitis.

I started the SCD 2 1/2 weeks ago and seem to do okay on the soft foods but when

I eat the almond flour (in breads) I feel like it is scratching my esophagus,

stomach, intestines and colon. I feel like anything harsh just hurts and I have

to go back to the soft foods again.

Is there anyone else out there who has this same thing happen? I would be

grateful for any input.
