But Dr. Arnett has such a reputation for being " the best. " So " the best " disagrees with the other two. Hard decision! Its this amazing facility in North Carolina (a little far for you!!) called University Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. I felt comforable with their diagnosis based on their history.
