Since boswellia is illegal I use turmeric as an

anti-inflammatory. I cook with it (great w/scrambled eggs), and I also scoop

the spice into vegetable capsules. Or you could purchase it – the active

ingredient in ginger & turmeric is curcumin. Turmeric will stain yellow,

also it is fat soluble so needs some fat for absorption.

have boswellia and tried it before with no

changes good or bad. The boswellia I got has illegals and it's in pill form. Is

there a way around this?
