Hi Rach,

I believe it is a cumulative issue and all factors play into the frustration and

bad moods. The disease, the meds, the ignorant

medical physicans causing invalidation and social isolation, which

then causes more stress, thus causing increasing sarc. flares.

It is a vicious cycle. I made the decision today that I am going to try

tackling this disease with Meditation to focus on stress reduction. Changing

how our bodies respond to medical ignorance and stress will improve our overall

well being. Heal the soul and the body will follow.

Take care,

now I'm getting quite snappy or teary. Is it the drugs or is it the NS. I'm

starting to get really frustrated with this disease especially when you go to

see your doctor and you only have a limited amount of time so you have to pick

which symptom is worse for the day.
