Soak em in an egg until soft and fry them -oh yum. Seriously-does anyone have the nutritional breakdown for pork rinds? (sorry if I missed em.) Lorie in Seattle who needs to get rid of goldfish and oyster crackers but doesn't want to just add another carb fav to her already large stash. Each brand seems to vary for calories and carbs though -the one I bought made by Quaker goes like this: cal-35 each fat-0 sodium-0 (plain variety) carbs-7 g protein-1 I like little peanut butter or mustard and some meat or sometimes when I just have to, some margarine.
