A good example of the learning curve is Dr. Baltasar. Compare his

abstract from 1997 to his one in 2001. The abstracts are in my

Folder in the files section.

Also, I believe Dr. Scopinaro in his 1998 paper talkes about his

complicatoin rates for his early surgeries vs. his later suregeries.
