I have seen my therapist for years too twice a month. The support and talking it out helps a lot with coping with these symptoms and being ill. Especially with other emotional issues like the PTSD.

and Mona,Are you guys seeing anyone for this problem? Sometimes with all withare going through, even without the PTSD, we need professional help tokeep us on an even keel. I can't imagine going through this with PTSD. I see my therapist 2 times a month and have been doing so for years. Noone in your family could never really know what you are going throughbut a therapist that specializes with PTSD would be able to help youcope.HTH, and lots of prayers for both.Terri G.My PTSD's or bad memories put me in bad places. So I keep a tight eye onmy anger. I am pretty sure it is the Pred and the only way I have tobattle it is self control. I don't like pain meds.>>> > >> > hello, I have some of the same problem's. anger is awful. Over thepast year's my PTSD has got somewhat under control, but now Im on theprednisone 50mg. im a bear.
