Guest guest
This happened to me too. I had a neuro appt that I waited 4 mos. for. We got lost on the way and was 30 mins. late. The receptionist said I missed my time slot and the rule that over so many mins late , you had to reschedule. I was so upset trying to explain our situation that we lived over an hour away and got lost not knowing the area. (I even had called from the car warning them I would be late.) I then started crying when she said I could wait for a chance to see him, but it might take all day and not guarenteed. When she saw the tears, she went out back and talked to the dr. He then saw me 10 mins later. I was so happy I stood up for myself. I am glad you got your appt moved up so fast. That's ridiculous , what happened to you. I was so mad I could have really hurt someone. I sat down and did breathing control (BioFeedBack) os as to calm down and relax. I called them and explained my issue in very polite attitude and they reset my appointment for this friday at 1pm.OOOOOOOOOO and I am in the process of quitting nicotine a habit I have had for more then 20+ years.
