Yes, Carole - soy nuts are delicious and great sources of protein. I began

eating them at about two weeks post-op (with the nutritionist's ok since I

tolerated everything else). I prefer the lightly salted/no salted kind.

I've seen other flavors like hickory smoked, honey nut, etc.

They are a great 'alternative' to nuts, too (although I also eat nuts).
