Guest guest Posted August 1, 2001 Report Share Posted August 1, 2001 Just a warning since there's been a lot of sorghum talk lately...I tried sorghum a few weeks ago and it was delicious. I was so excited to have found a new gfcf grain for baking. However, a few days later, my son became hyper for the first time in a while, and I was told by someone in our group that sorghum is high in phenols. I stopped using the sorghum and my son's been back to normal...mostly...so just a warnng to any phenol sensitive kids out there.
