Guest guest
There was a post on here about the yogourmet going to 115 a few days ago. I just re-took the temp of my yogurt inside and out. The water was about 117, the sides of the yogurt were around 115, and the middle of the yogurt is at 110-111. Some places were 109. I calibrate and map temperature chambers for a living, so I am going to make a graph of 12 different locations inside the yogurt maker with the lid closed and map it out over time. Then we'll see exactly what's going on. I'm pretty sure it takes a long long time for it to heat up to 117, since after 12 hours mine was onlt at 98 and I started with warm water.-UC - 1+ yearsSCD - 7 months 100% strict and 4 months restricted diet.Asacol - 5 pills a day Hotmail: Free, trusted and rich email service.
