Hey Beth, it will get very, very easy once you get the hang of what

products to buy. I buy in quantity at times (as long as expiration dates

are far away), I bake in quantity and freeze some, and always try new

recipes or ways of serving to make it fun!!!!!!!! Remember the " little

engine that could " ? I THINK I CAN< I THINK I CAN !!!

Once you get this diet all set up it will be easier and soon you'll be so

happy when you see the results your little guy gets from this diet.
